All these flyers say “Don’t litter.” Just kidding. Some detail labor fraud accusations against a company called Claro, others are advertisements for a local bookshop. It is a common protest/promotional tactic in Buenos Aires to simply drop thousands upon thousands of flyers from a high window of an office building and hope people pick them up. Hardly anyone does and they soon cover the sidewalk.
The local street cleaning crews apparently want to protest this wasteful practice but, ironically, can think of no way to do so besides dropping flyers.
