If I was going to design a country from scratch, it would look a lot like Argentina. There are stunning mountain ranges, but also hundreds of miles of coastline. Incredible, sweltering deserts and jaw-dropping blue white glaciers. It's famous for producing some of the best steak in the world, one of my favorite foods. You can buy cartons of decent wine for a dollar. A great capital - cool artsy neighborhoods, big wide avenues, insane and varied parties to be found when you want them. But also, rustic, charming little towns for when you want to get out of the city. Pleasant people, gorgeous women. I even love the flag. Beautiful, simple, a great combination of colors. I want the United States to win the World Cup. But if we're knocked out, as my European friends love to insist that we will be, you'll find me wearing the light blue and white of Argentina.
